Student Admissions Ambassadors
University of Northern Iowa

Uelner Executive Board Room, 3rd Floor

Is your university looking to excite and involve not only its Ambassadors, but its entire student body?  Find out more about the University of Northern Iowa’s Panther Push!  The Panther Push program allows college-bound students to get answers concerning student life at UNI from the undergraduates themselves.  Panther Push was designed by students for students, recruiting and training nearly 100 UNI students to make presentations in their hometown high schools.  Through these hometown presentations, more than 500 high school students heard about the UNI student experience, in turn, aiding in the Admissions recruitment process.  By instilling Panther pride and leadership within the Panther Push team members, this program also ties students directly to the university and unifies campus on a greater level.  District 6 will learn more about UNI’s success with the Panther Push program, as well as how to implement a similar program at their university.
