Requirements:
1. Student will be entering Iowa State this summer or fall or is already attending ISU as a freshman.
2. Student graduated or will graduate this spring from a Black Hawk County school or lives in Black Hawk County and is graduating from an adjacent school district.

1. High academic achievement
2. Involvement outside the classroom
