Lawn Display Co-Chairs, Chapter Corporation Boards, and other interested parties:

Homecoming Central Committee (HCC) is committed to maintaining the tradition of Lawn Displays in a way that maintains safety for Lawn Display participants and spectators.  HCC collaborated with the Iowa State University Alumni Association, Office of Risk Management, Environmental Health and Safety, Office of Greek Affairs, and University Counsel to develop a new set of safety requirements to be used by co-chairs and all participants during the construction and presentation of the displays. 

Below is listed all of the forms that need to be completed and returned, in addition to the information that was mailed to chapter corporation board presidents and presented to pairing lawn display co-chairs.

Letter to Chapter Corporation Board Presidents

Lawn Display Participant Agreement  -  Due to the SALC Office in the ISU Alumni Center by Friday, September 12 by 5:00 PM.

Property Owner Participant Agreement  -  Due to the SALC Office in the ISU Alumni Center by Friday, September 19 by 5:00 PM (before any construction can begin).

Homecoming Lawn Display Insurance Fact Sheet  -  Due to the SALC Office in the ISU Alumni Center by Friday, September 19 by 5:00 PM (before any construction can begin).
